Rareclaims was built around a simple observation: wealth in India rarely disappears, it just gets separated from the people who own it. Dividends left unpaid for seven years, along with the shares behind them, are transferred to the government’s Investor Education and Protection Fund. Fixed deposits mature and sit untouched. Provident fund balances go dormant. Family members inherit investments they never knew existed.
Getting any of it back means working correctly across company registrars, RTAs, IEPF filings, and succession law on the first attempt, since one mismatched document can stall a claim for years. That’s the work we do end-to-end: tracing what’s owed, correcting what’s wrong on record, and carrying the filing through to a closed, recovered claim.
